Pau: Hi, my name's Pau Tubert. I've come about the job.
Eugeni: Oh, hi, Pau. Pleased to meet you. I'm Eugeni Masgru. I'm the manager here. Take a seat.
Pau: Thanks.
Eugeni: Right, let's see. Have you ever worked in a restaurant before?
Pau: No, I haven't.
Eugeni: And why would you like to work with us?
Pau: Well, I think it's a good restaurant, and the people here seem friendly.
Eugeni: And you? What kind of person are you?
Pau: Well, I think I'm sociable and I don't mind working hard.
Eugeni: Right. Let me tell you a bit about the job...

The eiffel tower

The Eiffel Tower is situated in the center of Paris. It was designed by Alexandre Gustave Eiffel and it was built between 1887 and 1889. It's a monument to see the capacity of the builders in Paris. The tower is made of iron. From the outside it's a big triangle, and his supports are four legs. Inside you can go up with an elevator and you can see all Paris. It's very beautiful. The structure is big. I visited the tower once two years ago, and the thing which I like is the composition of the tower and the garden around the Eiffel Tower.

Giving advice

Dear Eugeni

My best friend isn't talking to me at the moment and I'm not sure what's the problem. I've also received one or two unfriendly messages recently. Unfortunately, I haven't got other friends and I feel very unhappy. What should I do?

Pau.

Dear Pau

If I were you, I wouldn't be too worried about this. Are you sure these people are your friends?
Obviously, you should talk to them as quickly as possible. You must speak honestly to them and tell them that you are worried.
As for the texts, you must try no to think about them. Unfortunately, people are strange sometimes, and you have to live with it.

Eugeni.
